Our Terms and Conditions are short and simple so as not to confuse or baffle you

Once you agree to trade your toys and we have collected them with our courier or in person, you are agreeing to our Terms and Condition
Rules of Trade
Items must be received in the condition discussed and inspected either on site or via images email to us
Items must not be received damaged or broken (unless they are damaged in transit)
Items must not be incomplete, missing parts or pieces, unless agreed prior to collection in an official email from Trade Your Toys
Any items considered to violate our terms of trade (see list of items we don’t take) will be recycled. Any cost incurred in this recycling process will be deducted from the value of the trade (unless the item or items were damaged in transit)
Our offer of price for payment of the traded items is non negotiable and is final
We do not return items or offer refunds. Once they have been collected, items become the property of The Millions Group Ltd and are subject to the terms and conditions of trade your toys
Items must comply to the list of items we accept (unless we have agreed this prior to collection) – IE they are items other than detailed in the list of items we don’t take (see below)
What we don’t take
Books
Magazines
Incomplete or un-boxed Jigsaw Puzzles
Unbranded Board Games
Unbranded Soft Toys
Toy or Replica Guns
Remote Control Vehicles
Any item that is incomplete
Incomplete means missing parts essential to the item
Any item that is defaced with pen or pencil marks
Any item that is knowingly damaged broken or not working
Any electrical items with battery leakage or missing battery covers
Clothing or shoes of any kind
Any item that would be considered to be un-resaleable or recycling
How we pay
Once items are received in we endevour to process your items within 3 working days
We either send a cheque to the collection address (unless agreed to be different before the trade in an official trade your toys email)
Or we will pay the money direct into your bank
We don’t send cash or postal orders
Privacy
We do not share any details or information regarding any trade with anybody else
We may contact you from time to time with news and updates via email unless you tell us not to
